I am sitting in the waiting room. They took mom back for surgery this morning about an hour ago. The nurse just came out and said they did a biopsy of the liver and it is for sure cancer. The rest of the surgery should take a couple more hours. They will make her as comfortable as possi ble so what time she has left will hopefully be spent free of pain. Hang in there mom! We love you!

    There isn't much I can say that you haven't already heard, but I am so incredibly sorry. I know EXACTLY what you all are experiencing (this last year has unfortunately given me that experience with my mom) and there is nothing that can be said or done to make it any easier, other than just letting you know that you have an incredible support surrounding you full of love and willingness to do ANYTHING to help you through this difficult time. My thoughts are with your entire family.. you are all in my heart.
